The Crosspointe Fire Station was completed under prime contractor American Property Construction Company. In conjunction with the station's designation as a “green” building, CES' electrical solution utilized the latest wave of energy conservation in lighting to produce a system in which the interior lighting levels of the facility automatically adjust to a preset lumen level, and interact with the natural light that is emitted in to the building via strategically placed skylights and windows.

Chesapeake Electrical Systems was awarded the electrical subcontract for the Monument III project in Herndon, Va. James G. Davis Construction Corporation was the general contractor on this seven story (191,200-SF) office building. The project included a six-story, 204,300-square-foot parking facility.
